Cant connect to servers

Sometimes I’ll launch and just can’t connect to servers. Maybe once a month. Then problem resolves itself inna day or 2. This time it’s been a week and still same issue. All my other games are fine both steam and ea games. The games on steam, Im on Asia JPN servers if that helps
