Experiencing the exact same issue constantly, the below worked for me briefly but it’s very hit and miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, seems to be a common problem that EA are yet to address. Managed to play a little yesterday morning but afternoon was a no go. Same issue. Try the below and let me know.
I managed to play a little this morning, couple hours and found a semi fix (PS5)
- start game, and try to join. Inevitable black screen and battlefield, returned to main menu
- Go to home on PS5 (whilst bf is still running)
- press start button on battlefield and restore licences
- battlefield will close, once licenses restored start game and join multiplayer - very hit and miss
