What do I have to do?
I have tried starting BF6 but keep getting an error titled: "An undefined Error occurred"
Error code: 0:89001S:4C:-13561655840
This is the PC version launching through the EA Play App.

Same, but launching with Steam. Played fine until yesterday.
Got fixed by itself now, idk why, maybe Tracker.gg app interfered with the game or something

I’ve been having this same problem on the Xbox Series S for weeks but if signed into a different account it isn’t an issue. How is this fix or why is my account a problem?
I’ve been having trouble with battlefield 6 being able to even launch passed the yellow splash screen that says bf6 instead of ea. It seems to just minimize and close out once it gets to the launching screen. I’ve tried about every solution under the sun from verifying files on steam, uninstalling and reinstalling anticheat, making the game files reinstall by renaming the game folder to backup, uninstalling and reinstalling game, checking updates, updating visual c+++, turning off and reinstalling default settings and then reactivating secure boot so that the connection between my pc and anti cheat would “have a clean handshake” as they put it online. Nothing. Crazy part is just that same morning I was playing and a few hours later it decided to stop.
It has to the BF6 update today (pc) , I have the same problem on BF6 but not BF4 or BF2042. Tried EA app repair and anti cheat repair did all uninstall on anti cheat and reinstall BF6 and it still doesn't load past anti cheat.
I'm having the same problem. I tried updating the anti-cheat, reinstalling, verifying game files, closing any background programs (Logitech, HyperX Keyboard app) and adding permissions to the Windows antivirus. None of it solved the problem. I played normally last night.
I found the solution for my problem:
I download the program to read debugs from BF6 in the past documents “mdmp “ the program i download was created by microsoft so o put this arquive and read then, after o put the result on chatgpt .
my problem was: “amd_fidelityfx_framegeneration_dx12.dlla”
“mdxc64.dll”
SO I tried to:
delete all profilesave from BF from documents/BF6/temp
On radeon software i deactived :
Upscaling do AMD FSR
Radeon Anti-Lag
Radeon Super Resolution
On the Radeon driver changed Global EXP to standard.
after my problem was solved.
I'm experiencing an issue launching Battlefield 6 through EA app.
When I launch via EA app the game starts loading and the Anti-Cheat window appears as expected. Windows also shows that the game is running. However, once the Anti-Cheat finishes loading, the game never launches and EA launcher switches back to desktop, as if the game has closed itself.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is there anything else I can try? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, tried repairing via EA app and anti cheat exe with nil fix. Definitely a update issue after todays update. BF4 and BF2042 have no problems just BF6.

Hello, this started recently. Why am I kicked due to random network error? Then dropped into a 25k queue? There's less players than there were 3 months ago, the match needed to be filled by bots, and I get kicked off? What is wrong with your servers? Are you scaling down?

Mine says, too. It went off while I was playing, and gives me connection error when I open up the game... It seems like a server outage to me.
Looks like the same issue they had a few months ago, game just crashed mid-match and now getting unknown error and a queue of 20,000+ It required a patch from EA to fix, their authentication server was causing the issue for players, not player hardware.
