Can't seem to get into multiplayer game

Hi, so I wasn't able to play the beta test because I would get into lobby and join a match, then it would show the battlefield logo and would kick me out with no error message at all which I thought it was a bug on beta, however it is happening on the full release, I am unable to get into multiplayer matches without getting the battlefield logo and kick me to the main menu. I was wondering if other people are having this kind of issue, it's a shame because I wanted to play this game as a mindless shooter game but I can't seem to play the multiplayer portion of it.
