Challenge rewards not awarded

I have completed several challenges but the rewards were not gifted, main issue is that the respawn beacon challenge, qbz, and scw-10 are all completed including the next set of challenges and the items are still locked as if the game doesn't recognize they've already been completed, I've tried restarting and verifying the files but nothing has worked so far.
