$100 gone due to bug preventing battlepass skip
This has gone too far from me, and the worst part is I have no faith that any EA representative of any sort is going to respond to this post or reach out to me in an attempt to resolve this issue. I am still missing Twitch drops from back in August after all, which I earned properly and fairly yet all I have gotten after countless pointless chats with EA’s “support” live chat were empty promises that the issue would be sent to their “dedicate team”(that’s not a typo, that’s just the broken and regurgitated English of the countless EA support reps I had to suffer through). I have no faith in EA and at this point the same goes for DICE. I decided to use some of my battle coins that I spent my hard earned money on to skip through the winter offensive bonus path of the battlepass tonight. I confirmed the battlepass skip in game costing 1,650 battle coins to progress through the whole thing. After loading for a moment it had the checkmark on screen next to the “Advance 11 tiers” icon like the purchase went through, but then.. nothing. It didn’t unlock the battlepass items. Out of frustration I attempted this at least ten times hoping it would unlock as I may not have the time over the next 14 days to progress through the battle pass. It wasn’t until after the 10th time trying to buy my way through the bonus path that I realized every time I attempted this it is TAKING 1,650 OF MY COINS I’VE SAVED UP ON EACH ATTEMPT! I started with 52,000 battle coins upon release of the Winter Offensive update tonight. After buying all of the new cosmetics released tonight in game (1,500coins, 900coins, 1,500coins, 1,900 coins and 900 coins, I should have 45,300 coins still on my Battlefield account. After attempting to unlock the battlepass numerous times I now have 36,900 due to a bug that was taking my currency each time against my knowledge. I am so beyond disgusted and this is straight up robbery, the whole battlepass thing feels predatory in the first place but now even though I’m bending over and spending real world money on in game currency, when I decide to use the currency in game it is taken from me and the digital items I attempted to spend them on are not even rewarded. That’s almost $100 of my hard earned real world money down the drain because of an in game bug that is the fault of EA/ Dice. I am going to update this post every day EA/ DICE doesn’t respond to this bug that is literally robbing me, and who knows who else of their hard earned money. This is far beyond unacceptable. I would love to have a bit of faith that EA’s live chat would help me with this issue, but all they did back in August was give me empty promises with the missing Twitch drops. I know EA admins read these posts, at least I hope they do. EA_Leeuw, I am calling on you by name. In my brief time in these forums and as a customer of EA I have seen you resolve some issues on here. If anything warrants looking into it’s nearly $100 of my money being taken from me due to an in game bug. Please, everyone upvote and comment on this, everyone should be made aware of this unacceptable issue.
Missing Battlefield Coins after transaction
1650 battlefield coins disappeared after I tried to unlock 11 tier skips for the current event (Winter Offensive), the tiers did not unlock and I have completed all previous tiers, I have also restarted the game and computer three times now and the pass tiers are still not open and the battlefield coins also are gone. I contacted the support chat, but to no avail; other than being referred to these forums while they review my case. Losing that sum of money in this economy is not ideal and would like an expedient resolution to this problem, can you help?New update on PS5 problem
Every time I click a game mode it goes into a completely different tab such as challenges or party. Happened after the brand new update. Very annoying and nothing I can do. Clicking X does not take you to what you click on I have no idea what you guys have done. Restarting every single time after every single game is the only thing that works.
Battlefield 6 Battle Pass Pro instant rewards missing
I recently bought the BF Pro Battle Pass, mainly for the SOR-300SC blueprint, but after buying it I noticed that the first 5 rewards (Brodie, Speak No Evil and Bad Medicine skins, the gun blueprint I mentioned earlier and the Transparency parachute skin) are not appearing in my loadouts despite being “claimed”, I did get given every other remaining 6 rewards but come on. I paid £21 for it so like, where’s my stuff man😂 Idk if this is necessary to add but I have not yet purchased the actual Battlefield 6 game, I only play Redsec but still.. I don’t think that should necessarily affect me not getting those rewards right? I know there are other people with this issue so I hope it gets resolved or patched soonPetition for rise from your grave achievement to be changed
Judging by everyone's reactions (myself included) to this grindy achievement, I'd really love to see this changed. Accross communities like trueachievements, reddit, YouTube, steam and even on here it's evident that this is a huge thumbs down from players. For those that love hitting that platinum trophy or 100 percent it's an immense feeling. Having bought the game and the battlepass I'd like to see this changed to something like "1988 revives, assists, missions and kills combined". Please thumbs up if you agree and make our voices heard on this subject. Please listen to your gamers EA and keep the good changes coming. Another bug is the menus, especially if you have stick drift it's insanely difficult to navigate the challenges section 😂.
Twitch Drop Problem!
"Excuse me please. About two months ago, I successfully participated in a Twitch Drop campaigns (BF6) and completed all the necessary requirements to earn a reward. Although I was notified that the reward was secured, I could not verify its delivery at the time because the game had not yet launched. The problem is that I now have not received the aforementioned reward, despite successfully completing the prerequisites. My Twitch account remains linked to my EA account, but within the EA platform, the connection status is no longer visible, and I am unable to re-link or connect because a previous connection is still registered on the system. I have previously submitted a report regarding this issue but it was denied. Could you please advise on what steps I can take now?" Thank Best Regards
