Constant and persistent Matchmaking Issue

Ever since Battlefield 4 ive had to deal with the constant issue of being the only one in my squad to get left behind in the lobby after matchmaking finds a game. Leader or not. its not any connection issue, or anything like that on my end. i have no issues with any other game i play. Space Marine, Warframe, DCUO, Helldivers... i can go on. i use pc and xbox at the same time, using PC for chat, and can even have youtube and/or spotify going at the same time if i want with not interuption; my internet is good... except for Battlefield. And its getting worse. the other day i had to re-Queue 3 times before it put  me in with my squad. no issues during the game either. It also happens when queuing after a match as well. im honestly getting sick of this issue and it needs a fix. PLEASE HELP!
