CPU Utilization at 100 percent no matter what

Hello,

I have a Ryzen 9600x, and 9060 XT 16 gb. I have updated all my drivers for GPU, and motherboard. Before the REDSEC update I wasn't having this issue, CPU was sitting between 70-80 percent i believe with GPU sitting at 100 percent. CPU is now always at 100 percent utilization, and GPU is around 70 percent. I try to play at 1440p with custom graphics settings, most of the CPU intensive tasks i switch to low, most on medium. I have tried switching to 1080p, and no change. CPU is always doing 100 percent, and will stutter quite a bit, although I do have kind of high latency with my wifi sometimes. Is the CPU always being at 100 percent normal? Could the CPU being at 100 percent be causing my network issues with the rubberbanding?

I have tried user.cfg fix that people have talked about online, no change. For adrenaline settings I've tried "global experience" with FSR off, and "Quality" with FSR/anti lag on, no changes with any of these settings.

I cannot get over 200fps without using frame gen I9-14900KF, 64gb DDR5 skills 7200 running at 6800mhz as 4 stick, 1500 watt psu and palit RTX5090,  custom bios , top 1% in 3d mark and Cinebench R23,  even Battlefield 2042 used to run 300fps without issues on Ultra no up scaling my cpu temps are 60 degrees and gpu the same im CPU bottlenecked at 1440p , the simple display shows my gpu at 400fpd and cpu 200fps and that's what im getting on game whats going on here, the random crashes either just game or full computer shut down i had perfect performance during beta , the game is unplayable, shots missing and fps drops, random round black circle like a telescope in game , no other game has been like this , top teir rig and streaming laptop 12.5k , getting cpu bottleneck and all these issues after spending £100 on a game whilst console players are fine having a great time, now I don't even want to game as i only play this and BF2042 which has been unstable since bf6 was released. Any answer ea ?

Powerful graphics cards will cause the CPU usage to increase, because the CPU feeds the GPU. If the GPU is rendering at a high framerate of 200fps, the CPU will also try to render at 200 fps which will increase CPU usage.

You appear to be using a custom user.cfg . I recommended removing it because it's causing individual CPU cores to hit 100% usage which causes the game to stutter. You can see the stutters in the client frame time (CFT) blue line. The line isn't smooth and is jagged like saw blade teeth. CFT is your framerate.

Removing the user.cfg allows the game to balance the CPU load across all the cores and prevents single individual cores from hitting 100% usage.

Please post another screenshot with the user.cfg removed and disable all frame generation so we can see the actual framerate and performance of BF6 running on your PC.
