Cracking audio/hit reg

So firstly want to say everything since season 1 began me and multiple other people have had issue with crackling audio happening anytime there is a firefight which well in this game is all the time, it's got to the point where it's unplayable for me and many others it's an absolute joke, I've seen audio things for pc get fixed but the ps5 gets forgotten about, 

Iv also spoken to ea support about this matter and they said they will flag it well clearly not.

If the audio isn't bad enough my bullets simply aren't hitting i see my bullets go straight to a person yet they do no damage I'm constantly loosing battles to enemy's because multiple of my shots simply aren't counting.

Overall very frustrating as this is one of my favourite games, I've played all the battlefields in the past and yes they haven't all been perfect but never had a audio bug last this long and not get addressed, we can all agree bf2042 was a disaster but at least stuff got fixed and addressed.

Think for PlayStation or console players to have any luck we need YouTubers or streamers to voice stuff for fixes but this won't happen unfortunately
