Crashing to Desktop no errors nothing

I have a very powerful Hardware and i checked for every single error and nothing found im not sure anymore what suppose to be the issue here should i have change  maybe the System and moved to Linux maybe ? i cant even play more then 5 Minutes without crashing to desktop and this is literally a nightmare i lost all the exp i cant even finish one single match and here is my Pc i mean i didn't buy an expensive one for this crap :

Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Nvidia RTX 4090 24 G

is this from windows like what i heard lately ? like this new update crap and buggy Softwares ? 

just need a Solution fast because if it is im going to switch to Linux and done from every single problem that's comes from this Microslop company and her System
