crashing to desktop/black screen no error codes just a slap in the face

EA please fix the crashing issues in this game i cant even finish a round in the game no matter what i do and Meany others as well the amount of xp i have lost is insane have tried it all to fix this since launch please we need support and fixes on this topic because its very aggravating wanting to get things done in the game but you cant even play and challenges are not tracking also bf6 is the only game that i have issues with and nothing has changed sinch launch i just want to play the game that's what i played 130 for&nbsp;

It’s the same story on Xbox, BF6 is shutting down my console and I can’t even play for any reasonable amount of time at this point and it’s not just me it’s a lot of players on all platforms but from what I’ve read it’s mainly on Xbox and PC.

BF6 is the only game that does this and I know it’s not a technical issue since I can play other games for hours without any issues.
