Didn't get instant Unlocks

I bought the bf6 Pro battlepass a day it came out. And I don't have ANY of the instant unlocks I was told I was suppose to get, Or some of the recruit unlocks I've already grinded for and I'd like to have them unlocked or something.

    i am the same issue i just bought the pro yesterday and still cant use the instant rewards. any fix on this?

    I have The Exact same Issue And Posted A Thread yesterday And I have Also Contacted Them to Which They Labeled The Ticket Unsolvable 🤦‍♂️ I Hope They Fix This Soon Cause Otherwise This Will be A huge Scam and Waste of Money

    Same with me, did not get anything instant unlock after buying BF6 Pro. Waiting for EA fixing it.

    Same issue here. I contacted EA online chat. they told me that they don't have the battle passes info on their ends and I should contact steam about it... 
    I went into the steam page and this is what I saw there:
    Unfortunately, Season 1 Battlefield Pro - Battlefield™ 6 and REDSEC does not utilize Steam to manage its items. You will need to contact their Support Team for any questions about your items in that game.

    It's the 300sc "the beast" for me, lol can't recall the characters this second though.

    You know how there have been a couple hiccups involving challenges, such as so many kills with different weapons was really suppose to be get 15 kills with one particular weapon etc. Etc...?

    Im wondering if that weapon package the beast, the 300sc all gucci'-fied is really suppose to be in the ULTIMATE section, the one you go to when all 4 paths have been completed, cause if you look the only other gucci-fied weapon "golden valor" the 2nd new gun for this season is in the ULTIMATE tier or path. Idk....probably. Just honest mix up.  Would prefer clarification either way though.  Even if so...

    silence can become an F U refund type situation fast judging from internet forum vibes. They hit a homerun with the game otherwise my .02cents

    I created a ticket on this exact issue and never got a response so I initiated a chat with tech support and was able to get a refund.   You're not likely going to get a resolution to this anytime soon unless you press the issue as when I was chatting with tech support they tried to convince me that I had just made my purchase and unlocked it minutes ago, seemingly unaware that I had made the purchase a week prior and had the receipt to prove it. once I did prove it then all of a sudden they wanted to fix the issue but not until I proved it

    The moral of the story is that posting on this form isn't going to do any good. You have to press them on the matter financially by taking your money back. Once enough people took their money back then they'll fix it then you just repurchase at that time

    Having a similar issue myself. I posted a transcript of my chat with support here. Hilarious to read, but absolutely frustrating. They literally can't help us.
