Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

I bought the bf6 Pro battlepass a day it came out. And I don't have ANY of the instant unlocks I was told I was suppose to get, Or some of the recruit unlocks I've already grinded for and I'd like to have them unlocked or something.

Why did ea support send me here saying the remedy or fix was here? Did I miss something...?

No. Hers no fix. Stil all locked for me try now getting money back from steam
