Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issue here, for me it is the one of the weapon packages and some soldier skins. Any news on this?

It's the 300sc "the beast" for me, lol can't recall the characters this second though.
