Different controller, not fully working correctly.

Hi all,

Game running great on Series X up until I switched out a drifting Elite series 2 controller, for a new Gamesir Pro. 

New controller fully updated firmware, then recalibrated in Gamesir Nexus app. It appears to be functioning normally in other apps.

But in BF6, I cannot get the game to recognize the "Up" movement on the left stick. It fully functions in all other directions, just not "up".  

Tried unplugging/replugging USB cable. Restarting game and restarting console several times. Everything appears all up to date.  As far as I can tell, that's the only function it's not recognizing. 

Any ideas I should try would be super appreciated! 

Seems like a darn fine controller for the money. Hopefully can get it working fine to test it out in the heat of battle.  Thanks !!!!!!
