DirectX Error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Hello, I have been getting this error since about a week ago which doesn't let me play anymore. I was playing and getting into matches just fine on launch but now every time I try, this error pops up and crashes the game. I've tried updating my graphics drivers to fix it but that didn't work. Here is the error window that pops up.

Please help me fix this, I would really like to play again and this is insanely frustrating since I bought the EA Play Pro Pass and don't have alot of time left to continue playing.
