DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Hey, folks

I poked around and saw a few more players having the same issue on Steam as well - Steam Link. If you can, please provide the following for us:

  • EA ID/Steam ID
  • OS installed:
  • OS Version
  • GPU: 
  • GPU Version
  • Date/time issue occurred?
  • Summarize your bug:
  • What type of issue do you have? Crash - Disconnect - kicked to main menu, etc.
  • In which mode has this happened? MP - Campaign - if MP, which part?
  • Any other errors when they happen?
  • Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error?
  • Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene?
  • Can you attach a DxDiag?

OS installed: Windows 11 Pro

OS Version: 25H2 26200.6584

GPU:  AMD Radeon RX 7600

GPU Version: 25.9.1Date/time issue occurred? every time when played

Summarize your bug: The game crashes with a DXGI error, throwing the game back to Windows

What type of issue do you have? Crash - Disconnect - kicked to main menu, etc.: Crash

In which mode has this happened? MP - Campaign - if MP, which part? : mode doesn't matter, happens in every mode

Any other errors when they happen? no

Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error? Crash the entire game

Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene? no

Can you attach a dxdiag? Yes ↙️
