GPU: RX 7800XT

DRIVER: AMD SOFTWARE VERSION 25.9.1

Happened playing campaign on 2 hours into launch. I get the same DXGI errors everyone else is getting. I cant play more than 5 mins without the game crashing. Had same issues the 2nd beta, I hope this would've been fixed before launch.
