DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Same issue, getting beyond a joke now. Will submit refund to steam if this continues much longer.

Same error message as OP but with my GPU listed in the error notification instead obviously

Disconnect followed by crash with the same error OP listed

Multiplayer, after server disconnect
