GPU Version: currently 581.57 but it also happened on 581.42
Date/time issue occurred? When I attempt to play, could be 1 min in loading into game, could be the 3rd game. Doesn't matter mode, doesn't matter what I do...crash with the above error. I've done everything suggested and more. After it crashes, if you go verify the game files with steam, it downloads 3 new files, then upon opening the game steam says its installing javelin anti-cheat after downloading those 3 files.
