It must be a problem with the game. I even did a clean Windows installation. A fresh Windows + Nvidia drivers + Battlefield 6, and it still throws this error.
My friend was having this exact issue. There is an issue with some 30 series cards. He fixed it following this Reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/1mksf6f/solved_rtx_gpus_directx_errorout_of_memory_device/
I followed that instruction. I changed the Resize BAR settings and unfortunately, the error still occurs :)
