I'm just curious, what do community managers in this company actually get paid for. Why not make a post like: guys, chill, we are working on a solution, just wait. So here we are, waiting, but it's not quite clear what exactly. Is it ignoring us, or are one and a half people really poking around in the game looking for a bug?
