I've just seen that this also happened in Battlefield 2042 and EA FC. I think this is a done deal, they probably will never fix it and will just ignore it. I've tried so many fixes and nothing worked and some even made it happen more frequently. I'm refunding by friday if there is nothing new on this issue.
