Same Issue.

Date/time issue occurred? 10/18/25
Summarize your bug: whenever. I click on a multiplayer game, game freezes, an a few seconds later get the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED pop up error. once the ok button is clicked, game closes and the computer gets back to EA app.
What type of issue do you have? Crash - GPU stops responding for game graphics but the computer does not hang.
In which mode has this happened? MP - as soon as I click any of the MP modes, but sometimes it happens when I click the start button.
Any other errors when they happen? none.
Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error? entire game crash.
Is this during a specific mission or during a cut-scene? No
Can you attach a DxDiag? yes
Other information:
- I've already played 5 hours of this game and did not have any issues. But, once the error started happening, I have not being able to play multiplayer. I have not tried the campaign.
- At this point I've tried most of what has been suggested, but nothing has fixed the issue.
- You will see in the DxDiag.txt that I went back to an old driver that was recommended (580.88) which did not work either. When the issue started happening I had 581.57
- I find it interesting that I had the same exact issue during beta. The first weekend I joined beta, the game played fine, But, then the other weekend it was available (and after a game update) I got the same error and was never able to play the beta again. I tried a lot of suggestions from the internet at the time but none worked either.
- Since my issues on beta happened after an update, I wonder if the same is the case here since there was an update on October 17th. I played fine on Thursday, the 16th, but began having this issue when I tried playing on the 18th -- my computer had been off the entire time between those days.
