Can we, paying customers, get any kind of update, comment, acknowledgement, ANYTHING to the thread below? If official forums is not the right place, what is better for you guys to communicate? Twitter? Reddit? Steam?

I don't know if by marking it as resolved you guys lost access to notifications, or if you just don't care, but it is crazy to not get a single update/reply for over a week when so many people are experiencing a game breaking issue. We just want something "still looking into it", "we haven't started", "this is not important"...anything is better than what your team has given us thus far.

I'm sure devs are tied up with Season 1 release but there's seems like a vast amount of us all experiencing the same type of errors. The complaints have to reach a critical mass at some point, no?
