Brief summary of your bug: After launching the game, 4-5 minutes pass and the game freezes along with Windows without errors, the very first time there was an error without Windows freezing, and there was a DirectX error.

Date/Time: happens every day, random (multiplayer/main menu)
Problem summary:
Game crashes with DirectX GPU device error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (0x887A0006). WinDbg shows the exception originates in the FSR2 module inside Frostbite:
- Exception Code: 0x887A0006 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)
- Process: bf6.exe
- Call stack indicates: ffxFsr2ResourceIsNull -> FSR2 rendering pipeline
- Module: KERNELBASE.dll RaiseException
Observed behaviour:
- GPU device stopped responding to commands.
- Crash consistently happens when using the FSR2 rendering path.

its the same as before, crashes after 5-10 min in a mp game. being in the menu is fine.
issue is still there same like before the update when i start play it freezes with the same error..

issues: crashes in random moments of multiplayer matches , while sitting at the home screen. sometimes i get a 2ish hour session, sometimes it happens within 5 minutes of each other. crashing with both the errors mentioned in the thread.

Played yesterday for an hour and had no crashes. I'll report if it happens again.

EA_Leeuw still the same. Still crashes constantly. From EA support they stated that patch didn’t do anything for users experiencing the directx error
