Community ManagerWe're not ignoring this issue and we have acknowledged it. As clearly stated, the accepted solution is only there to give it more visibility. What would help get this resolved quicker is for more people to fill out the requested details. We're using those answers to help investigate a resolution.
There have been a number of different solutions posted in this thread that have worked for others. However, those don't work for everyone due to not everyone having the same PC setup.
I think "ItsNotPav" said a lot.
But you have not responded to anything.
I have filled out the form and given feedback.
I opened a ticket describing in detail what I tried and the resposne I got was "since you are bought it on steam please contact the steam support" as if the steam support gives a **bleep** about an EA GAME crashing...
Just fix it or give us some kind of roadmap and an explanation why my 70€ (or 80€ on console) game is not working and is crashing my PC!
