this just happened to me with the newest update, 5800x3d 16gb ddr4 3200mhz 9070 xt

I previously fixed mine with a updated BOIS and then yesterdays BF6 update it started happening again. There is a Nvidia update as well which I applied and haven't had it happen yet after in a couple hours.
