DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

OS installed: Windows 11

OS Version:26200.7171(25H2)

GPU: picture

GPU Version: 580, 581.42&581.94 

Date/time issue occurred: any time when in game

What type of issue do you have? : Crash

In which mode has this happened: any time, include waiting in menu, random

Any other errors when they happen? : sounds still playing, screen has crash, then error happen

Crash the entire game, or just pops up the error? : entire game

Hopes to fix it quickly.
