Just fix it already EA, please... i really want to like this game
I will ask for a refund for the time being. Suggest everyone with a steam account does the same and link this thread on the ticket, even if you already have over 2 hours of gameplay. There is no time limit if the product isn't or stopped working.
I do not think it will be fixed soon or that EA knows exactly what the problem is. Hard to tell from the complete radio silence. All I know and can recommend is that people stop freaking out buying new gpu or console thinking their hardware is at fault….EA is the problem for releasing a game with these kinds of errors and to top it off no feedback on the issue.
This thread has been trending and top of list since launch btw…. If we see it so does EA! Battlepass is more important though…
I love battlefield but even this one was getting to me….. my game was crashing more and more and no so called fixes did anything.
If you guys can’t play the game as intended ask for a refund. Product is defective. Quality of EA customer service is beyond horrendous.

I was able to get a full refund from Steam, even with almost 20 hours of playtime! If you want to spend your money somewhere else while they don't fix the game, i recommend just opening a ticket for a refund, selecting the option "game doesn't work" and put a link this exact forum post. That's how i've done it.
Too bad i dislike extraction shooters and battle royales... could give arc raiders a go.
