Funny enough, once I left it off and it seemed that it was crashing less, but in the end I left it on anyway.
You need it on to not get the DXGI error/s. If yor system hangs/freezes with no DXGI error with this setting on then this is a different symptom and the issue is something else like driver/s or overclocking but you MUST have it on for it to not give the direct X errors.
I wasted weeks on this thinking it was RAM related and replaced the RAM 3 times, under clocked it and so on, this was before BF6 with BF2042. Turns out in my case it was GPU scheduling was OFF and needed to be ON. I am running 2x32Gb DDR5 sitcks with XMPIII at 6400MHz CL32 wiith no issues.
The DXGI error appears to be more common on EA titles also as EA games require GPU scheduling ON, I don't think you will find one person out there with it switched off and not getting the DXGI errors. (I could be wrong but not seen any evidence to the contrary thus far).

i have 4 PC´s and its always on by default. this "tip" was one of the first while te Beta and 99% said it is on by default... You are wasting your Time/ Money when you try to find the Problem on your side. This Failure happens for years in Frostbit just nevere in that extent

Can you read or comprehend english? I said you need this settiing ON regardless of anything else. I did not say it would fix YOUR problem, I said you will never resolve the issue with the GPU scheduling OFF.
I've been round the block and then some mate, nice ASSumption. I have been modding PC's since the dawn of PC's and gaming since the very first text based adventure games.
