Hi EA Team,
We appreciate your previous response, but it has been quite some time since you acknowledged the issue, and we still cannot play Battlefield 6 due to this persistent bug.
We understand that your team is “working on it,” but we have received no updates or timelines on when a fix will actually be implemented.
Could you please provide a clear update on the progress? We need to know:
What steps are being taken to fix the bug
When we can realistically expect the game to be playable again
This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating for players who are unable to access the game, and we urge EA to communicate transparently and provide a concrete timeline.
Any updates? I love BF but this is really frustrating. I bought new PC just so I dont have to play it on low settings with 50fps. Now I cant play it at all.
I just saw comments from Unylma and SIDEWINDR666 so I guess I will investigate it on my side. Thank you guys. People should be paid for fixing EAs products.

Yeah like I said the DXGI error where it complains the device was removed is caused by GPU scheduling being off in windows. Other things may also cause this issue but it is 100% that GPU scheduling needs to be on in windows.

On or off makes no difference. I've tried it both ways, still crashes.

That means you have more than one cause of the issue, you need to set GPU scheduling to ON otherwise you will always get the error. Once it is set to ON you can then start to look for other casues, like overclocking etc.
REMEMBER, With GPU Scheduling set to OFF you will NEVER resolve the issue.
