I have the same video card and tried everything else, from disabling XMP to undervolting the GPU, the most consistent solution I have found for me, but still happens occasionally, is modifying the fan curve, everybody keeps just monitoring the "GPU temperature" as to what you should be monitoring is the "GPU hotspot", for my 9060XT i find that it crashes if the GPU hotspot around 75C-80C. My theory is that there is an underlying problem with the game engine where at random times it pushes the GPU too much causing it to crash.
for the 9060XT everything below 100 C while load is fine. 80C is nothing to worry. the RDNA4 architechture has a higher average then older cards.

Yes I know which is why I find it weird and the reason I am pointing it out in the first place, I'm just sharing what my experience is and what "somehow" fixed the DXGI error I have been experiencing since launch.
