Good thing to mentioned is that:
You can fully revert the changes at any time by deleting both DWORD keys and restarting the system. The safest values are 10–15 seconds for both TdrDelay and TdrDdiDelay, but start lower and see if you still getting error messages.
This reduces crashes but doesn’t fix the underlying issue- sometimes you can notice short freezes or micro-stutters with this option...
Overall, this is probably one of the better workarounds for this rather strange situation...
So what are the actual values to be entered? I don't see anything that specifies "seconds". I see comments listing "3c" (why the c?)and others with just a number like 20. This seems promising but only if done right. I've tried it with no luck, but suspect I might not be entering exactly what is needed.
Thanks/

TdrDelay defines how many seconds Windows waits for a response from the GPU before it considers the graphics driver “hung” and resets it. The value you set is expressed in seconds
This is, of course, only a workaround—not a guaranteed fix—and the results may vary from system to system. Think of it like treating a severe headache when you don’t know the underlying cause, but it leads to blackouts. Sometimes simple medication helps and you feel much better, but the outcome can differ from person to person.
If this doesn’t work for you, please share detailed feedback here so the CMs are aware that the results aren’t consistent.
- 3c (hex) = 60 (decimal) = 60 seconds

These are my values. For now I did not have the crash anymore (~7 days playing from 3-5 hours a day). Fingers crossed it will help others too.

3c in hexadecimal translates to 60, so it's actually about 3x the duration that your setting is.

So I'm hoping not to jinx it, but here are the setting I've been using for 3 or 4 days with only one crash, and that was a full crash of my whole PC, not the DX crash. I do notice my GPU fan going kind of nuts at times, but this workaround (not solution) has been the only one that has any effect:
TdrDdiDelay: 64 (Hex)TdrDelay: 64 (Hex)
TdrLevel: 64 (Hex)
These are way higher than anyone else posted, but nothing has burst into flames yet...

Adding registry entries is far beyond the technical ability (or even the confidence) of most players and is symptomatic of a broken game.
I have been a PC player since the 90s and NEVER have I EVER had to edit, add or remove any entries from my OS registry to make a game function. This is beyond expectation of 99% of the playerbase and NEEDS to be fixed by DICE/EA
