Hi All,
I am receiving this error i am desperate. Want to play the game nothing helps. Default card no OC crashes, undervolting crashes, Capping FPS lower graphic settings crashes. Up to date drivers (in fact i made a clean OS reinstall because of this issue) still crashes. Bios updated, latest drivers, lates windows update nothing helps.
Also tried below:
Update Graphics Drivers: Perform a clean installation of the latest NVIDIA or AMD drivers.
Disable Memory Integrity: Search "Core Isolation" in Windows settings and turn off Memory Integrity.
Disable Overlays & Background Apps: Turn off EA App/Steam overlays and close unnecessary background applications (Discord, RGB software).
Run as Administrator: Run both the launcher (Steam/EA) and bf6.exe as an administrator.
Delete Cache Folder: Delete the contents of Documents\Battlefield 6\Settings (specifically Cache and ShaderCache).
Repair Game Files: Use the "Repair" option in the EA App or "Verify integrity of game files" in Steam.
Advanced Performance & Stability Fixes
GPU Scheduling: In Windows Graphics Settings, turn on "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling".
Set High Performance: In Graphics Settings, set bf6.exe to "High Performance".
Adjust Virtual Memory: Manually increase the paging file size to at least 1.5x your RAM size.
Lower Graphics/Cap FPS: Turn off Screen Space Ambient Occlusion (SSAO) and Global Illumination (GI) in-game. Limit FPS to 100 or lower to reduce load.
BIOS Update: Many users reported that updating the motherboard BIOS resolved instability issues.
Fix Anti-Cheat: Reinstall the EA Anti-Cheat or add it to your antivirus exclusion list.
If Crashes Persist
Disable XMP/DOCP: Lower RAM speeds to default in BIOS to check for memory instability.
Nothing helps.
So disappointed that i spent money to build a new PC and cant play the one game i build it for...
CPU Ryzen 7 9800x3d
GPU AMD 9070XT Red Devil
RAM Crucial Pro OC Gaming 32 GB KIT DDR5 6400 MHz CL32
Mobo ASUS TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WiFi
Storage SSD NVME
OS Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
DirectX 12
Is there a solution please?

This issue has been around a lot longer than BF6. I had this issue in BF2042 a year before BF6 beta, if you get the crash in BF6 you will get the crash in any other frostbite engine game also. It is not specific to BF6.

Not from my experience. NFL 26 and FIFA do not crash.

Maybe those games do not have a large enough environment for them to experience the bug. I always found it crashed out fastest on bigger maps with 64+ players and usually during some intense on screen action with many players in the vicinity/view. When I was having the crashes I also got them in Star Wars Battlefront II under similar circumstances to the BF crashes.

Not correct
I still play older battlefield games back to BF4 and NFL and FIFA as well, never had this crash
So for me it is BF6 only as I have repeated here and in the cases opened up with EA

I am just going by my experience and with the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheudling setting switch to off, BF2042 and BF6 both have the DXGI crash.
