EA AntiCheat problem

I recently bought another computer, where I installed the EA app and downloaded EA FC24. After installation, the game didn’t start because it showed the following error: 'EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error.' What is the reason for this? On the new computer I logged in while I was logged out on my old one, so I was only active on one device at a time. What is the reason I can’t play the game on two different computers, even though I’m only active on one of them? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but unfortunately it didn’t help. The drivers are fine and everything is updated. I’ve attached the error message that appears when launching the game.
Could it be that the problem is that Windows was activated in Legacy mode instead of UEFI mode? On my current PC, Windows is installed in UEFI mode and I can play FC24, but yesterday I downloaded Battlefield Redsec and it won’t start, also due to Anti-Cheat issues. Can anyone help?
