EA ID not updating. Changed it over a week ago.

I updated my EA ID over a week ago and it still shows as the old ID when I play battlefield 6. I have chatted with support and tried everything. They can’t figure it out. Any idea how to get my ID to update? I play on PS5

Hi vladddypoutine,

Assuming PlayStation is the same as Xbox, the game is prone using your PSN username rather than your EA ID. Have you tried changing your PSN name?
