Ea scam me for battlecoins

So i was trying to buy 5k Battle coins.. it failed first time and second time..  no message from my bank on the phone. 3ed time it went okay... suddenly i have 15.000 BC and a support that says "we cant refund above 1100BC WTF is this **bleep** scam? its ur **bleep** payment system that dont work as it should.. it is so low for a huge company that they cant refund above 1100BC... so now what EA? my son was 6 y/o when he buy a lot of fornite coins...  Ea game was so nice to refund all of them,, he had brought for 2200 dkk and all of the money was refund with the word from Epic game "it happens mate" but Ea so **bleep** up :(
