Ping/packet loss issues ONLY in All-Out Warfare

I've been experiencing horrible ping/packet loss issues ONLY in All-Out Warfare. It causes awful rubber banding and makes the game nearly unplayable. All 16 player 8v8 modes work perfectly without this issue. Furthermore, the issue only occurs while on foot, not while in a vehicle. Because occurrence of the issue is so specific I'm stumped.

This is a link where someone suggests the fix is disabling iGPU, but that just led to poor performance and the game running at 4 FPS.
