Empire Map constantly crashing since game purchase

I bought the game a month ago and I have never been able to play on this map since it constantly disconnects while loading. I checked the files on Steam and reinstalled the game, and I followed some advice online to try to fix it, but nothing worked. Everything is up to date (Nvidia drivers, etc.).
