error and going into the wrong break through

ever since the new season 2 came out i get into the game and when i click to go into a battle a error message comes up. i end up having to do a hard rest on my xbox one s 2x and restart it 2x before it even works at all. its not my internet connection either. this is the only game i have this problem with. seems everytime a update comes out for this game its messed up. and then this morning as i was going into a battle in casual break through it froze up then wouldnt let me in the battle an then went black screen. an last few days when i clock to go into casual break through it puts me into regualr break through. ive asked your advisors for help but they couldnt  even help me out either.
