Hello. First, let's try changing your password from your official EA account.
- Go to the EA account editing page from your PC or smartphone.
https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacy After changing your password, please completely turn off your PlayStation, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for about five minutes, and then turn it back on.
Please change the "Primary DNS" to 8.8.8.8 in the device's network settings. This ensures secure communication with the EA servers.
