Not sure if it's a global issue, but on OCE servers many users are experiencing this error across all platforms.

I’m having this same issue and error code as OP on PS5 in Asia too.
I saw a post on this forum that suggested repeatedly trying to connect over and over, and it did work for me once, but it takes ages and whether it works is completely random.

I am in the same boat. In Australia on PC, internet is fine 1000 down / 100 up, 2 ms ping. Tried repairing game. Changes DNS server to cloud flare, flushed DNS, deleted EA cashe folder, checked sucure boot is on, restarted computer. Been happening for an hour now, keep trying but no luck.
Just got this new one after I got a screen that said I was in queue 780 position

same thing here, I'm in brissy and on the ps5, been at it for over 2 hours, redownloaded the game, rebuilt the data, cleared the cache and nothing has worked

Same problem Xbox One Error Code 14:136002s:-7A - Was working fine around until 5pm which was when i last played. Tried logging in an 1hr ago and just hot with this error. It did say at 1 point 1036th in queue but then nothing happened. Been looking at my router and Xbox settings but all seems fine, on Xbox NAT = OPEN. Definitely an issue with the update i think. Same issue here, over two hours trying to make it work.
While playing earlier in a Railway, the game was extremely buggy. Latency dropped from 12 to 14 while flying on Jet (that was shacking even if I was flying straight) and the game without any inputs from me directly opens the menu and quit the game...weird...joined back in finished the match and game froze and got me back to Xbox main dashboard. When I've tried to restart the game as most of people here, always having the "connecting" then same Error.
Good connection (Ethernet cable)
Internet provider still connected
Restarted both Xbox and modem multiple times
Connection and Multiplier online available
Reinstalled the game..same issue

Seems like most are OCE related, just in time for the weekend too. Bunch of useless speds. 3.54am here and still not working practically an entire Friday night wasted by these nuggets

I'm having the same problem.
Brisbane - XBox
Issue started 11pm Friday 16th May, still happening now - 6am Saturday.
Last night I connected to my phone hotspot, but didn't realise the VPN was on. I switched it off but then couldn't connect & got this issue. I figured I must have triggered the anti-cheat or messed up the servers somehow switching regions. I tried everything - checked for bans on EA (none), changed from wired to wireless and back, power cycled the XBox multiple times, restarted my router, changed the DNS settings, reinstalled the multiplayer etc. Finally I tried deleting the reserved space for the game and that seemed to have worked for a second as I briefly got the "you're in a queue" message that others have had, but then it just gave me the same error.
The only thing I haven't tried is deleting my local game save from the console, forcing it to re-sync...But I have heard horror stories of the cloud not syncing properly and people losing all their progress. As I'm level 500 with all guns fully unlocked, I don't want to risk it.
However, seeing now that other players in my region are experiencing the same thing, I have some hope it's a server issue and not because of my VPN and that it can be resolved without me risking my data.
Keep us posted lads. If mine resolves I'll come back and let you know.
