Hello all,

I am on Xbox X and have been unable to play BF6 for many days now because of the following:

ERROR CODE DiceOnlineError_Unknown [225002S : 52004S] P:826765804

Problem occurs when I try to launch a game in any of the modes.

I have tried every troubleshooting suggestions, but still having the same problem.

Can anyone help?

No. I still have to do the power drain method for 2 minutes then hold power button 10 seconds then plug it back up.

Same here. Pain to do this but it works. Not good customer service to not fix it. !
