Re: I was just banned in BF6

Hello,

Yesterday I was permanently banned for cheating on BF6. I did not, do not, and have no interest in cheating, especially for a game with a kernel anti-cheat. I do not use macros, I do not have any other banned hardware such as a cronus or a rapid-trigger keyboard.  I tried to appeal but ever since I cannot view the appeal and when I try to see my violations on my EA account it shows that I have no violation history, yet I am still banned. Ever since the initial message on BF6 that said I was banned for cheating, a new message has replaced it with no information on the reason for my ban. At this point it looks like I was banned for literally no reason.

Earlier in the day that I was banned someone in the chat said I was using a cronus after I had killed them. At the time, I had no idea what that was but I have now googled it and confirmed that I definitely do not have one of them. I am assuming they reported me. Is one report really enough to get you falsely banned on this game? I paid $70 dollars for this and I feel blatantly scammed because again, I was not cheating under any interpretation of the word. My peripherals are turtlebeach earbuds, a logitech g pro, a keychron q3 keyboard (notably different than the keychron q3 QMK HE which is a rapid-trigger keyboard), and an alienware AW2724HF 360 hz monitor.

Again, I have submitted an appeal and another ticket but both are showing that they are currently closed or inaccessible so I really don't know how else to get support on this. Please help me with this issue. I understand the purpose of the anticheat and I am thankful that it exists to rightfully ban cheaters, but I clearly was not cheating. I am beginning to see many other similar posts on both these forums and reddit. This represents a possibly larger issue where many people are being falsely banned and therefore scammed out of $70.

I have attached screenshots of the messages I now get showing that I have zero violation history or reason for my ban.
