Flashing lights and incomplete texture during multiplayer

I have been trying to work through numerous fixes to correct the issue (uninstalls and re-install, clearing cache on PS5, correcting in game and system visual settings) nothing is allowing me to play in multiplayer without having to guess where everything is.
