Flickering areas

Hey folks, I'm experiencing flickering areas in Battlefield 6. I've attached two example videos: in the first video, it's the dirt on the bus windshield, and in the second video, it's the columns of smoke on the horizon.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this and how it could be fixed? Tried any graphics preset (low to overkill) so far.

I'm running an RTX4070Ti Super with the latest drivers (581.57).
