Frequent and Periodic Latency Spikes. No Packet Loss. No Time Nudges

Two weeks ago I started experiencing game breaking latency spikes about every 10 seconds. I have checked every aspect of my local network and have found no issues. My internet connection is outstanding and I have checked every aspect of my hardware and software for updates and problems. My CPU runs smooth at 56% along with my GPU running at 75% on overkill settings. It’s not hardware related as far as I can tell. The game has been unplayable for two weeks and I’ve run down every “fix” that two-bit gurus on the internet suggest. 

I spent $100 on this battlefield after I saw its potential during the beta. Now, after a few weeks of getting to enjoy the full title, I’m relegated to not being able to play at all. Please advise.
