Game crashes - No fix

I have NOT been able to play this game for more than 10 minutes since this last update.  The game use to crash every 30 minutes in Beta, and first release, I gave it a few but this last update it is unplayable.

 It forces a PC restart, no error, nothing. I tried EVERY user suggestion "fix" available and it still does it.  MANY people are experiencing this.  There has been NO recognition from EA regarding this widespread problem.

I contacted support and they will not issue a refund for the Phantom Edition.  They requested my DXDIAG.TXT and they said my computer is able to handle this game (3080, 11900K).  It's on EA to provide a working game that I paid for.  

However, I will be doing a chargeback with Chase and will push this issue further with the Attorney General.  EA has a 90 day warranty, they are not honoring this warranty.  They warranty against defects and workmanship.  I paid for a game, and have not received the working product, its essentially defective because of poor workmanship, I am getting scammed.

I advise everyone else to do a charge back for getting scammed.
