Game crashes to desktop randomly loading a new round and sound can go bad

This is unacceptable for a AAA game to have a second patch that makes it even worse than it launched. I now get constantly random full crashes to desktop with no errors. In other rounds I sometimes get a major audio issue where the sounds all go quiet and muffled except the bullet sound. No way to fix except completely restart game. Fk all comms from Dice and EA about addressing these things that I've seen and there are countless other posts with same issues. What is going on?!
